Self Realization Fellowship Holds Annual

World Convocation August 3-9 in Los Angeles

Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) will be holding its annual World Convocation at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Thousands of people from around the world seeking to cultivate a more balanced life will gather for an inspiring week of spiritual renewal, including group meditations, kirtans (devotional chanting) and classes on the yoga meditation teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda (Autobiography of a Yogi).

The public is invited to attend evening classes on such topics as “Living a Spiritually Balanced Life in Today’s World,” “Sustaining a Joyful Heart in Times of Adversity,” “Eliminating Insecurity and Indecision through Positive Thinking and Enthusiasm,” and “Bringing God into Life’s ‘Moments.’” All evening classes will  begin at 7:30 p.m. (except for the Saturday class, which begins at 1 p.m.) and last approximately one hour.
