Women's Expo in Ventura County

The Women's EXPO - Ventura County has been scheduled to take place March 13-15, 2009, at Seaside Park in Ventura. This event is being produced by Inventure Group, LLC,

A wide array of presenters will feature topics of interest to women in various life stages including: Professional/Career/Life Balance, Starting Your Own Business, Finance, Fitness and Fashion, to Motherhood, Care giving and Eldercare, Fitness/Health/Beauty, Home, Hobbies and Travel.

"Our goal is to feature speakers who are passionate, qualified and engaging", explains Beth Sutherland. "Women's EXPO will offer numerous 40 minute sessions (longer in some cases) to get your feet wet, and, if you want to know or learn more, you'll have a great place to start."

"Unlike the typical one or multi-day conferences that focus on a specific topic, this expo is geared for women looking for a fun and social way to mix their interests and concerns," continues Sutherland. "We have so many aspects of life to consider every day.

It wouldn't be unusual for a woman to concern herself with balancing a career and family, challenges at the office, caring for an aging parent, being active in children's activities, overseeing homework, car-pooling, exercising, eating well as a family, dealing with a troubled teen or special-needs child, caring for the family pet(s), and in that rare stolen moment, pursuing a dream or hobby."
